Frequently Asked Questions

How does pay work?

You're paid per event as an independent contractor. We'll go over rates during your interview — they vary by character type, party length, and travel.

What does the hiring process look like?

1) You apply here. 2) We review and invite you to upload a quick 60-second self-tape. 3) Video interview. 4) If we both feel it's a fit, we onboard you, fit costumes, and walk you through training videos. 5) You shadow an experienced performer at a real party. 6) You're solo.

Where do you book parties?

We currently service Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, San Jose, Chicago, Houston, and Fort Lauderdale/Miami. If you're outside these areas, apply anyway — we sometimes expand.

Do I need experience as a character?

No. Theater, improv, choir, dance, and kids'-entertainment experience all translate. We teach you the character work in training.
